Refund Policy

• Non-Profit Contributions: Arise Alliance NC is a non-profit organization. Donations are the lifeblood of our work and are generally considered non-refundable.

• Correction of Errors: If you have made an error in your donation amount or a duplicate transaction has occurred, please notify us at arisealliancenc@gmail.com within 15 days for a refund or adjustment.

• Event & Activity Fees: For ticketed community events or workshops, refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the event. After this window, fees are non-refundable but may be treated as a tax-deductible donation.

• Program Cancellations: If Arise Alliance NC must cancel an event or program, all registered participants will be offered a full refund.
